Delivery

All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Most deliveries will be made within minutes of purchase though - please speak to a representative on the live chat for an estimate on delivery time.

Two delivery options are available: in-game delivery and mule delivery. If you choose the in-game delivery at the checkout page, you must leave your in game name in the comment field. Our representatives will then attempt to contact you and trade your items directly to you. All trades will be conducted from the USNorthWest server.

If you choose the mule delivery option at the checkout page, your items will be placed on a mule account and the account information of those mules will be emailed to you so that you can retrieve your items at your convenience.

Note that if you choose the in-game delivery option but fail to leave your in game name in the comments, or if we are unable to contact you within 12 hours of your purchase, we will use the mule delivery option to give you your items.
